I think, Im not a customer oriented person afterall.

Met a super UNREASONABLE pax today @ the counter. I did whatever I could for him and yet all he know was to shout n shout at me. Bloody hell, even the wife and YOUNG daughter who was not travelling "add oil to the fire". At the point, I swear if I wasnt in uniform I will throw his bloody RED COLOUR pasport back at his face. F, dont think that RED COLOUR passport travelling on NATIONAL airline means that u can dont show respect to the ground staff.

WTF, I MYSELF WHO HOLDS A RED PASSPORT AS WELL, FEELS ASHAMED THAT MY FELLOW COUNTRYMEN ARE ACTUALLY BEHAVING LIKE A BUNCH NO MANNERS HOOLIGANS N WHO CANT EVEN UNDERSTAND SIMPLE ENGLISH.

fREQUENT TRAVELLER? haa, if its so.. u jolly well should be very very aware of ur weight entitlement MR.

Anyway, he wants to complain about me, So be it, liek I would care anyway. 1 more month to the end of my bond. FINALLY.
