18th March

A very unpleasant day at work.

Silverkris lounge, Transfer A and B and even had to OT because of a delay flight from London.

The senior staffs was abit nasty to me cos I didnt knew whats going on and I almost cry infront of the passengers. Feel so so soooooo helpless but no one wants to help simply cos everyone only care about their own work. I feel so much like a fool.

It was only until this girl came along(nv notice her name) and she guided me slowly, teaching me what to do and never once scolded me cos she KNEW that I wouldnt know their work cos I HAVE NV BEEN THRU THE TRAINING WHAT.

Really thanks alot to her that my ot was worthwhile cos I've learned abit more that what I only know.

This kind of working environment only makes me wanna leave even faster than I could
